Saturday Community Yoga
Join us Saturdays 9:30am-10:30am, as we have an active conversation with our mind and body.
No experience, no problem! This is a judgement free zone where you’ll be guided step by step as we move through a gentle flow.
Come with an open heart and mind. All ages are welcome. Minors must be attended by an adult.
This is an in person session with ONLY UP TO 12 SPOTS AVAILABLE!

-INFINITE LIFE YOGA WAIVER & RELEASE FORM MUST BE FILLED OUT PRIOR TO CLASS.
-Waiver may also be completed in person. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the session to complete the form.
(You only need to fill out the form 1 time unless you have information that needs to be updated.)
-ADMITTANCE IS ONLY ALLOWED WITH REGISTRATION

Materials needed:
• Yoga Mat or Soft surface
• Yoga Blocks, towel and or cushions
• Water
