It’s Yoga time!
We invite you to join us Tuesdays 10-10:45am or 11-11:45am EST , as we have an active conversation with our mind, body and each other.
No experience, no problem! This is a judgement free zone where you’ll be guided step by step as we move through a gentle flow.
Come with an open heart and mind.

These are in person session.
ONLY UP TO 10 SPOTS AVAILABLE PER CLASS! We need at least 5 spots filled.

PLEASE NOTE:
-INFINITE LIFE YOGA WAIVER & RELEASE FORM MUST BE FILLED OUT BY GAURDIAN PRIOR TO CLASS.
-Waiver may also be completed in person. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the session to complete the form.
(You only need to fill out the form 1 time unless you have information that needs to be updated.)
-ADMITTANCE IS ONLY ALLOWED WITH REGISTRATION

• Yoga Mat or Soft surface
• Yoga Blocks, towel and or cushions
• Water
