As a mother of two and a multi-certified professional in yoga, doula support, Reiki, life coaching, fitness instruction, chronic disease health education, CPR + AED, and art therapy, I'm deeply committed to helping you unlock your inner power. Through a blend of meditation, art, yoga, and other creative practices, I guide clients toward self-empowerment and healing.

My journey with Infinite Life Works stems from a personal quest for growth and purpose. Having navigated my own healing journey, I'm passionate about supporting women as they embrace their own cycles of transformation.
